There are plenty of great recipes out there in the masse of sugar free books and online blogs to help you cook and enjoy tasty meals that don't have to cost the earth. Feel healthier on the inside and out! And remember drinking  more water is essential. If you feel hungry or want a sugar fix drink a glass of water or take a herbal tea first - often when you think you are hungry you are actually dehydrated!
