- Replace your snacks with Fruit (water melon, grapes, oranges, grapefruit), Water packed vegetables (green pepper, cucumber, lettuce, celery, tomatoes) & soup.
- Swap the lunch time cuppa for a glass of water.
- Have a glass of water when you first get up in the morning
- Drink a glass of water before each meal.
- Reduce your alcohol intake
- Drink water before, during and after exercise
- Swap fizzy drinks for sparkling water
- Drink a glass of water before you go to bed and keep a glass of water beside your bed.
