General Water Cooler FAQ’s

Should I opt for a Plumbed in or a Bottled Water Cooler?

We would always advise customers to opt for a plumbed in water cooler if possible as this can save you up to 70% on the cost of a bottled water cooler. If your in any doubt as to which system is right for your please call us on 0800 7311 491.

I’ve been told I need Reverse Osmosis or an Ultra Violet Filter, is this true?

Probably not, the mains water supplied in the UK is food grade quality 24/7 most mains water is therefore perfectly safe to drink. All that we suggest is that you may want to improve the taste of your water using a carbon based water filter which is capable of reducing or eliminating bad tastes, odours and chlorine. If you simply have to source a UV (Ultra Violet) water cooler (perhaps if you've been asked to ensure that your water meets EU standards) then you will find our Mains Corporate Water Cooler ideally suited for your needs. If you intend to source your water from a private supply, or are in any doubt about your water quality we strongly advise you to contact your local water authority.
