Our current bottled water cooler offer gives new business customers cooler rental from £7 per month, with 19L water bottles available from £7 per bottle. The offer is available on a 24-month minimum rental agreement. We’ll deliver and install your cooler, then agree the best water setup for your business as part of the sales process.

The £7/month rental price covers the bottled water cooler rental. Delivery and installation are included, so you can get set up with minimal hassle. Bottled water is charged separately at £7 per bottle for the length of your 24-month agreement.

As part of this offer, you’ll pay £7 per 19L water bottle for the full 24-month rental period. You can order water on a pay-as-you-go basis, or agree a regular subscription-style delivery schedule with our team during the sales process.

Water bottles should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to help maintain quality. To keep your space organised, we can also provide bottle storage racks, which are ideal for safely storing multiple bottles. Ask us about adding one to your plan.
