On Wednesday 23rd June 2004 Water Coolers Direct(WCD) were invited with three other competitors to tender for the project of replacing eight water coolers at Thames Valley Strategic Health Authority(TVHA). We visited the site and inspected all 5 locations to assess their suitability for the installation of plumbed in water coolers. Having carried out this inspection we then gave TVHA advice on the most appropriate path forward. Buying the coolers from WCD saved the TVHA a massive £3,000 per year on their current rental contract.

The installation of the coolers, although not straight forward in several instances, was carried out without fuss and to a high standard.'
