Subsequently, Paul began his career by spending three years in the Royal Signals, before joining the Mitie Maintenance team as a mobile electrician. He then returned to his engineering roots with Zip, taking responsibility for a team of 6 regional service contract engineers. Now with WaterCoolersDirect.com group, including WaterBoilersDirect.com, for 2 years, Paul enjoys working with the latest hot drinking water solutions equipment for both the domestic and commercial market throughout the South of the UK.

With over 30 years of experience in the water solutions industry, Lee is a member of the Gas Safe organisation and also the renowned Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineers. He has accumulated extensive service engineering expertise spent with reputable market-leading brands including Heatrae Sadia and Baxi/Heateam. Having recently joined ranks with the WaterCoolersDirect.com group, including WaterBoilersDirect.com, Lee is responsible for the servicing and maintenance of all drinking water boilers and hot taps across the North region of the UK.

Andy Burns has been a key member of the WaterCoolersDirect team since 2010 when he joined as technical manager to head up the direct, first response customer help desk, a proactive and free service for all customers and distributors. Andy comes with much experience having worked for 11 years in various technical and customer services roles at leading commercial appliance distributor, Apuro, and many more years before that for catering and appliance firms. Proactive and conscientious, Andy enjoys nothing more than stripping down a cooler, hot tap or boiler, understanding how it works and highlighting any areas for improvement. More importantly he works very closely with all the manufacturers in a product development capacity.
